The dress arrived timely and it’s a pretty dress; however it is incredibly small. When I contacted the seller, the seller said “sorry the dress doesn’t fit you; we will refund 20 to 40% of the cost.” I didn’t purchase a dress for a possible fit. I purchase a 2XL because that is what I wear. I think that in an western market place, products should be targeted for the population in that marketplace. I’m not shopping with my fingers crossed, so when the product does not meet my expectations (a 2XL should fit a 2XL) I would like a full refund back when one offers refunds.My dresses n the photo range from large to 18.
